Corded drills are what you might consider a "regular" electric drill. They usually have a pistol grip with a trigger and a direction selector pin, and often also a way to lock down the trigger so the motor stays on.
These drills are providing only rotary motion - if you need the added hammering force for chiseling or drilling into masonry, check out our impact drill or rotary hammer!
