Cotton swabs (commonly called Q-tips after a brand name) are small plastic tubes with cotton covered ends that are nice for cleaning in small spaces.
Detail Sanding Sticks
Q-tips with small discs of sandpaper glued on are reportedly very effective sanding sticks for small details, e.g. on 3D prints!
They may also be usable with a cordless drill or rotary tool - the sandpaper disc could then be replaced with an abrasive paste.
