Idea
There are still some tools that don't yet have their right place in the bike area such as this Headset Press Tool. So I made a simple mounting system that can handle the load because the screws go through the whole hook.
Creation Steps / Process
I designed a hook that has 35mm space to the wall and contains a through hole of 5.5mm for the M5 wood screw. It was printed using PETG for longevity and without supports (also: 2 walls, 15% gyroid infill) before being mounted to the wooden wall with about 35 mm between them.
Learnings
Sometimes it's better and easier to not overcomplicate things by optimizing the 3D-printed part but to rely on standard pars such as screws.
