A frame saw is a manually operated saw with a narrow, tensioned blade held in a wooden or metal frame. It is useful for making controlled straight or curved cuts in wood.
Befor using make shure the blade is in the right angle an is as hand tight as possible. To tide it, use the wing nut. Use your armlenght or body to cut with the full lenght of the saw. For further insturtions and details watch the following video:

Safety
- Keep both hands on the saw frame and maintain a firm, controlled grip.
- Make sure there is sufficient clearance below the workpiece so that the blade cannot hit the workbench or other objects.
- Do not force the saw. Let the teeth do the cutting.
- Keep the saw blade properly tensioned. A loose blade can wander, buckle or break.
Common Problems
The blade wanders from the marked line
- Check the blade tension. It should be as high as possible
- Make sure the blade is sharp and appropriate for the material.
- Avoid pushing the saw sideways.
- Start the cut slowly and establish a clean kerf before increasing the stroke length.
The blade gets stuck
- Stop applying force immediately.
- Carefully release the pressure and remove the saw from the kerf if possible.
- Check whether the cut is closing due to internal stresses in the wood.
- Do not twist or force the blade sideways.
