Safety
| Dangers | Precaution |

| Sharp Needle | Ensure not to put your fingers under the needle while working with the machine |
| Sharp Needle | Ensure the machine is turned off and disconnected from power when changing the needle or fabric |
| Hot Lamp | Ensure not to touch the lamp after you run the sewing machine for a while |
Demonstration
The Tutor will show you during the introduction how to:
- thread the yarn both from the bottom and the top of the machine
- roll up custom threads on the spools
- free up the yarn in case it gets tangled up
- change the needle
- change the presser foot
- change the sewing direction
- operate the machine
After the demonstration by the tutor, you will create a trial seam.
