PP is typically found in food boxes (Tupperware etc.) as a transparent plastic.
Shaping
As a thermoplastic, PP can be melted relatively easily, enabling you to penetrate it with a laser cutter. You should expect some fumes to settle as a milky film, but that can be wiped off afterwards.
Fretsaws do not work very well with a typical PP container.
