Access Requirements
Currently, the "access" entry for pretty much every tool links to its introduction with the alt text "personal introduction" - okay for the wiki, much less useful on printed QR Code cards...
I would therefore like to change that field to actually show the title of the introduction page, and while I'm at it note whether there is a manual to be read and change the label to "Access Requirements" (but leave the template parameter "access" unchanged).
