B&T Metall- und Kunststoffhandel is an ebay shop with a nice selection of plastics and raw materials for metalworking projects. They often have special offers for scraps as well.

Shipping costs 5 € or more, but does not get more than a few cents higher even if you buy several kilos of something - so this shop is great for group orders!
