Materials
Ignaz 21.04.2019: I still have some linear slide bearings U can use - i used them in my first 3D printer I build. Additional i found 8mm diameter slide rods. just drop me a mail - i can send you a picture
Inspiration
Maybe "router copy lathes" like this one could serve as starting points? Very uneven workpieces should not be turned yet, of course, but it could be useful for other projects as well!
