(When cutting into a board (brown) at an angle it is important to not move into the board from the front parallel to the surface of the board for example with a router attachment (blue) or it will cut out more than intended (red). Either one needs to cut into the board from the side or from the front but at the desired angle (not sure how to do this in practice).)

Summary
